Freddie Black has been a licensed real estate broker since 1973 and has accumulated a vast experience in land, residential and commercial property transactions. Freddie has fortunately established many long term relationships resulting in a large client base for both buyers and sellers. He obtained his General Contractors license in 1980 with classifications in both Building and Highway construction. With this knowledge, he can quickly determine if a structure is constructed properly, the value of special features and how best to market properties with custom features. He especially enjoys working together with landowners to sell farms and timberland and understands how best to market them to maximize their value.

Freddie Black is a lifelong resident of Anson County, having grown up in the Red Hill community of Ansonville, N.C.. For 14 years he served Anson County as an elected county commissioner and on numerous non-profit organizations. He is active at Mount Beulah Baptist Church, serving as a Deacon usher and on several committees. Freddie is married to his wife, Lois, for 44+ years and has been blessed with three children and four granddaughters. In his spare time, he enjoys working in his yard and cheering for the Miami Dolphins. He also has a weakness for popcorn and Clint Eastwood movies!

Ray is a licensed NC Real Estate Broker with ACE Realty Company Inc.. Ray has 15+ years of experience in real estate and especially thrives in developing property. After obtaining his N.C. General Contractors license he has developed land and built homes in Union, Cabarrus, Stanly and Anson Counties. A graduate of the University of N.C. at Chapel Hill with a BA in Economics, Ray started his career in real estate while a college Junior, completing appraisal work for lenders when he did not have classes. With a desire to be involved in the greater Charlotte area and live closer to family, Ray relocated to Union county in 1995 and immediately pursued his real estate career on a broader scale.

Ray has a passion for helping others recognize their own potential and serves as a positive role model in his community. He is involved with the Union County Economic Development Commission, Chairman of the Hospice of Union County Advisory Board and is a member of both the Union Academy Foundation Board and Union West Rotary Club. He and his family attend the First Baptist Church of Indian Trail and are active in various leadership roles. Ray has been blessed with two daughters, Caroline who is ten and Grayce who is seven. When not attending basketball games and dance competitions, he enjoys running and cheering for his beloved Tarheels!

As a licensed NC Real Estate Broker since 1988, Lois has completed hundreds of real estate transactions, working with buyers and sellers from entry level homes to executive home, single lots to acreage and commercial properties as well. She takes great satisfaction upon helping a client with their first purchase, then being asked again to help with future transactions as that client reaches different stages in their life. Lois is dedicated to providing prompt, polite communication with all of her clients, detailed care and unprecedented customer service.

Lois believes strongly in giving back to her community and does so through several non-profit organizations. She has served in all areas of leadership with the Wadesboro Civitan Club including two years as president. Lois was presented the prestigious N.C. Governor’s Award for Outstanding Volunteer Service for distinguished volunteer service to the people and the state of North Carolina.

She and her husband are members of Mount Beulah Baptist Church. Lois teaches an adult Sunday School class and is a church clerk and choir member. She is the proud mother of three children and four grandchildren. When not selling real estate, Lois enjoys cooking, trips to the beach and spoiling her grandchildren.
